DESCRIPTION:The Dartmouth Curling Club Learn to Curl Program is a great event to get your introduction to Curling. All you need to bring is clean sneakers and we also recommend the use of helmets as a safety precaution. If you think you can’t master the curling delivery due to physical limitations\, we can introduce you to Stick Curling. \nTIME: 2:30 – 4:00pm Weekly on Tuesdays \nWeek #1 – October 15th \nWeek #2 – October 22nd \nWeek #3 – October 29th \nWeek #4 – November 5th \nWeek #5 – November 12th \nWeek #6 – November 19th Includes Social Gathering and Presentations \nCOST: $150.00 + HST ($172.50) You can e-transfer your registration to dartmouthcurling@eastlink.ca. Please be sure to mention LEARN TO CURL in your e-transfer. \nExtra Details: Each week participants will learn aspects of the game including good stretching habits. Individuals will get to learn each position. The program will wrap up on November 19th with a social gathering! We are targeting individuals with available time during the day as we have a very successful day time program and we are looking to invite new members in for our day time leagues. \nSpace is limited\, register now.

DESCRIPTION:Train the Trainer is a 1/2 day program that will run from 10am to 3pm. The clinic will help you learn how to introduce curling to new members. It has to be fun\, it has to be safe. NS Curling’s Coach Developer Facilitators work with members to give them the knowledge to provide curling education to newer juniors and new members. \nPrerequisite: Participants must be 14 years of age or older on the first day of the workshop. This is not an NCCP course\, a coaching number is not required. \n***If you are not part of a NS Curling member club you will be contacted to pay an additional $75 fee. \nRegister Here.
