DESCRIPTION:Further your education as an umpire to become a Game Umpire. Be a part of the action and get on the ice with the curlers! \nGame Umpire Course Registration The Game Umpire course is designed for individuals who have successfully completed the Time Clock Operator/Game Observer training (formerly known as Level 1). \nPrerequisites to be eligible for the Game Umpire course\, participants must: \nComplete the Time Clock Operator/Game Observer Training – Training materials are available here: curling.ca/officiating-structure – Submit the Time Clock Operator/Game Observer Registration Form (located at the end of the training manual linked above). – Gain Practical Experience – Serve as a Time Clock Operator or Game Observer at a Provincial or National Championship for a minimum of 6 games\, under the supervision of a certified Chief Umpire (Level 3 or higher).Verification of Experience – Have the Time Clock Operator/Game Observer verification form signed by the supervising Chief Umpire and submit it to NS Curling. \nSubmission Deadline: – All required documentation must be submitted by September 14 to be considered for enrollment in the Game Umpire course. \nTo register visit – Game Umpire Course (level 2) – Curl Bridgewater – Sept 26 & 28\, 2025 – Nova Scotia Curling
